These probiotics supplement capsules quickly achieve high concentrations in the GI tract, then clear within 3-5 days after discontinuing use. Take two (2) capsules one to two times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. If detox symptoms occur, lower the dose to capsule and slowly increase to the full dose.
